This serving set can be used for many purposes, either separately or together. The sustainable bamboo cutting board fits perfectly into the tray where a discreet hole in the centre of the bamboo board allows meat juices to drip down into the tray – not onto the table. This is ideal for carving and serving straight on the table, making a great centre piece.

Secondly, the white porcelain dish and a cooling pad make it possible to serve food whilst keeping it cool, such as deserts, seafood and sushi. Simply return the gel pad to the freezer for use time and time again.

Finally, the black melamine tray can be used as a simple and stylish serving tray.
