How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service on 07825 545 469 or email@example.com for more information on returning an item. We endeavor to help wherever possible.
You can return goods within 7 working days if you have a receipt and the goods have not been used or damaged. This is in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This does not apply to specially ordered or customised goods. Unfortunately we are unable to refund you for the return postage. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.
We may refuse to accept an order where goods are not available or if there has been a pricing or product description error. All sale within the EU are to have VAT added at the current rates.
Delivery charges vary due to size and weight and will be displayed in the "checkout" area.
Variations: Upholstered items and carpets are produced in different dye cycles, this can mean that the good in the same upholstery can be visually different. Also, materials such as wood may have natural inconsistencies in grain or pattern which are part of the natural beauty. We are not responsible for textile and natural variations.
